Hi, I'm Rhendi.

I'm the founder of Rhendi Ross Financial Solutions, but long before starting this business, I spent more than 15 years working alongside — and as — a business owner.

My background spans business ownership, c-suite operations, real estate, franchising, and corporate finance. That experience taught me something I now see all the time: many successful business owners are incredibly good at what they do, but still don't feel confident when it comes to understanding the financial side of their business.

That's exactly where I love to help.

I'm naturally someone who likes taking something that feels complicated or disorganized and making it make sense. Whether that means cleaning up financial records, creating better processes, improving reporting, or simply sitting down with a business owner and explaining what their numbers are actually telling them, my goal is to make the financial side of running a business feel much more manageable.

I founded Rhendi Ross Financial Solutions to fill the gap that often exists between traditional bookkeeping and higher-level CPA services. Small business owners need more than accurate books, but they don't always need — or have the resources for — a full-time financial professional on their team.
